Who can resist painting sunflowers growing in profusion? Thought this was a good pose. The flower appears to be ready to be enjoyed by all.

    there is something harsh about this painting ...might be in the use of color. Not necessarily "bad" but definitely disturbing. I like it like I like harsh poems that tell a truth we don't necessarily want to hear.

    The flower looks like it's bowing its head giving in to rain and drizzle...waiting for the sun so it can again rise up to it's name! Very nice painting. You definitely captured a mood.
