I love it! Even before I saw the title, I knew you were showing us walking figures! Yes, it's a winter wonderland - cold and icy and snowing - and makes me glad I'm in Florida! Just kidding! Do the reds and oranges represent the last days of autumn? - or the fireplace when the walkers get back inside? Hope you have fun caroling with your neighbors! Stay warm!
Gosh, I can't keep up with you Sylvia! Your work continues to be lovely and strong. You have developed a command of technique that gives your work a convincing authority. Your work makes me think of earlier Kandinsky's (some of my most favorite in the whole history of painting)
Oh My Goodness, Silvia! I just went to the DSFDF website and see that Karin Jurick painted your portrait! I am speechless! I't wonderful! I know you must have been without electricity for the last day or so with the snow storm so wonder if you have seen it? Wow! You are painting Karin!!
I love to paint and try to do so every day. I am having immense fun blogging. I love being in touch with so many good artists and seing their art. I learn a lot about painting this way. I especially enjoy participating in the challenges.
