I finally got a barn I like. I had taken several pictures . The scene was complicated, but I worked it out in a drawing first. I just intuitively painted the colors without regard to the photo.Am pleased with results
Thanks for visiting my blog too! I love the softness in these leaf paintings. It's funny, I was just out and grabbed a few leaves off a tree for inspiration. I think I'm going to try to do some sort of mixed media with them. I'm hoping if I glue them on and encase them in clear gloss medium they'll keep their color.

I love to paint and try to do so every day. I am having immense fun blogging. I love being in touch with so many good artists and seing their art. I learn a lot about painting this way. I especially enjoy participating in the challenges.
