Underwater Fantasy

18x24 acrylics on watercolor paper

First, I gave the watercolor paper a wash of diluted acrylics. Then I glued a piece of cloth to the support and let it dry. I then painted the cloth and added some washes. Then I added the pieces of quilting material and glued them on to the piece of cloth. I thought it ressembled the bottom of the ocean and could see some fish swimming in the current.

  4. Oh My Goodness, Silvia! Love it! Love it! This is one of my favorites too! Enough hard edges to tease and an overall softness to the whole piece! Really, really nice! Beautiful palette and exciting texture! It's a large one too! Bravo!
