Post workshop exercise. Love to paint roses. These were done dry on dry. I enjoy painting flowers and roses are my favorite. Tried to find a pattern as they can be difficult to paint.

I just played with colors in this painting. Used the wet in wet technique. Just let the paint flow. I enjoy these type of paintings.They come from intuition.

This bowl of posies came from a workshop with Janet Rogers on Flowers and Portraits. It was a great workshop. We had a live model to work from and real flowers.

I pass by a group of horses nearly every day. One of them caught my attention. Usually they are eating, but this one was different.
